Jobot in Utah seeks a detail-oriented QA/QC Inspector to support transmission, distribution, and substation construction projects. You will verify quality against drawings, specs, and client standards while working with project managers and field crews.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in QA/QC within electrical utilities, with NEC knowledge and strong documentation skills. Travel regionally to active sites and assist with client inspections and project closeout.

Competenze

• Minimum 3+ years QA/QC inspection experience in electrical utilities or EPC environments.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, one-lines, and technical specs.
• Knowledge of NEC standards and industry quality requirements.
• Experience with inspection documentation and turnover packages.

Mansioni

• Perform field inspections on transmission, distribution, substation, and utility projects.
• Verify work aligns with engineering drawings, specs, and contract requirements.
• Conduct quality audits of construction activities, materials, and installations.
• Inspect electrical, civil, structural, grounding, and equipment work.
• Review QA/QC documentation including reports, redlines, punch lists, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with field leadership to identify deficiencies and resolve issues.
• Assist with client inspections, walkdowns, and project closeout activities.
• Monitor subcontractor adherence to quality standards and safety procedures.
• Support commissioning and energization activities as needed.
• Track quality metrics and report to project leadership.
