Job summary

ENTRUST Solutions Group in Haddam, CT is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support Major Project initiatives in electrical utility infrastructure. You will coordinate project initiation, planning, design progression, construction readiness, and closeout activities to deliver safe, reliable power systems for communities.

The ideal candidate has a strong engineering foundation and 2–5 years of utility or construction project experience, with willingness to travel and work onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in utility/construction projects.
• Familiarity with electrical systems and safety standards.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of complex electrical utility projects
• Collaborate across engineering, construction, procurement, and regulatory teams
• Track project progress and assist with documentation, permitting, and compliance
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and stakeholder communications
