Growing firm looking to add a talented Electrical Transmission Project Manager to their Pittsburgh team!

Responsibilities:

1. Manage projects including design, modeling, development, and drawing of transmission line structures or systems.
2. Provide technical oversight, manage quality control, analyze data for discrepancies, and identify solutions.
3. Assist with business development.
4. Mentor and train junior staff.
5. Handle administrative duties such as developing, communicating, and tracking workflows, scheduling, and ensuring project standards, scope, and budget compliance.

Requirements:

• B.S. Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Master’s degree in engineering is a plus.
• 7+ years of engineering design experience in high voltage transmission/distribution line engineering (12kV to 345kV).
• 3+ years of managing transmission line projects.
• PE License.
• Extensive knowledge of transmission steel structure design and analysis (substation).
• Knowledge of safety codes, utility standards, and regulations (NESC, ASCE, IEEE).
• Knowledge of PLS-CADD software.
• Understanding of standard engineering design principles.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
