Job summary

MYR Energy Services Inc. (MYRE) is seeking a Project Manager, T&D to lead transmission line and substation projects, ensuring safety, budget adherence, and on-schedule delivery. You will coordinate with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors to drive project success and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in electrical construction project management, MV/HV experience, and a related engineering/construction degree. Role involves field and office work as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in the electrical construction industry.
• Prior transmission line and substation MV/HV experience required.
• EHV experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment.
• Oversee project lifecycle activities including planning, scheduling, resources, and execution strategies.
• Identify risks, resolve challenges, and implement proactive solutions to maintain momentum.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules coordinating phases, resources, and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, anticipate delays, and adjust to maintain timelines.
• Maintain financial oversight including budgeting, cost forecasting, and reporting.
