United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Technical Trainer, Electrical (Starship) to develop and deliver hands-on electrical training for diverse audiences. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and rapid mastery of critical electrical subjects.

You will collaborate with SMEs to design engaging content for online and classroom delivery, lead modules, and assess learner performance, scheduling enrollments, and coordinating vendor resources as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 1+ years of experience as a technical/on-the-job trainer, conducting hands‑on, instructor‑led technical courses.
• Journeyman or NCCER industrial license.
• 3+ years of experience with electrical systems.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or education.
• 1+ years as a heavy equipment and extended reach vehicle operator/trainer.
• Master electrician license.
• Proficiency with ERP software, Microsoft Office, video editing, and online training module development.
• Ability to independently analyze, review, and research electrical and manufacturing processes and applicable codes, rules, regulations, and standards.
• In‑depth understanding of electrical install, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Create course materials using educational tools: PowerPoint, handouts, exams, study materials, and assessments.
• Own, create, and edit training Engineering Masters for courses.
• Design content with SMEs for online and classroom delivery to achieve learning outcomes.
• Lead training modules for electrical teams on technical topics.
• Assess student performance via tests, projects, and exams.
• Organize enrollments, attendance, and performance records.
• Develop process specs and research on new technologies.
• Perform special assignments, including field vehicle or process modifications.
• Gather feedback from Production, Engineering, Quality to improve modules.
• Coordinate with third party vendors for resources and instruction.
