Stellar Energy Americas Inc. is seeking an Electrical Training Specialist in Jacksonville, FL to coordinate and lead training across multiple manufacturing facilities.

You will track and maintain training programs, develop classroom materials, and oversee training initiatives to ensure Stellar Energy’s high standards are met. The role requires extensive electrical installation/repair experience, strong instructional capabilities, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in commercial electrical installation or repair.
• Experience creating training manuals, online learning modules and course materials.
• Experience in delivering training to employees.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• 1+ year experience in a manufacturing setting.
• 5+ years’ experience in an electrical field.
• 3+ years’ experience in training and development roles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with manufacturing facilities to meet training needs and maintain records.
• Develop and lead classroom training for manufacturing employees and leadership.
• Oversee training initiatives in the manufacturing plant and related tasks.
• Trains Manufacturing Management Team on training programs and initiatives.
• Maintain training data, attendance, exam results and retraining requirements.
• Assist in ISO 9001 audits and other relevant audits.
