Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured classroom and hands-on electrical training with demonstrations and assessments.
• Design pilot sprints and longer, outcome‑designed training pathways.
• Provide instruction on NEC concepts, blueprint reading, and wiring methods.
• Assess learner progress and coach for safety and performance.
• Lead safety leadership and OSHA 10 training where required.
