Job summary

Robinson, Inc. is hiring a Training Coordinator to prepare electrical personnel for safe, efficient work. You will develop curricula for the Robinson Training Academy (RTA) and deliver instruction to new hires and during in-service sessions.

You will also equip and maintain the training facility, mentor employees on the shop floor, and partner with managers to ensure safety and quality in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
• 3-7 years of electrical experience in a production environment or equivalent.
• Proficient knowledge of Shop Track as well as Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to communicate effectively in conversation, email and writing.
• Ability to train and lead others.

Responsibilities

• Assist in curriculum development for the Robinson Training Academy (RTA).
• Develop written lesson plans and deliver instruction to new employees in the RTA.
• Coach and mentor new employees on the production floor and in the RTA.
• Document training progress and coordinate in-service training.
• Coordinate safety practices and tool readiness for new electricians.
