Job summary

Power Design, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Trainee to join our on-site team for hands-on training under experienced Electric Foremen. You will assist in installing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems on new projects, learning under seasoned mentors to translate designs into practical setups.

The role emphasizes safety, NEC/code familiarity, and collaboration with project teams. Relocation opportunities may be available, and a competitive hourly pay range is offered for qualified

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• 3+ years of experience as an Electrician/Electrical Apprentice
• Proficient knowledge of the NEC, local codes, and construction safety requirements

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring and fixtures
• Diagnose malfunctions using testing equipment and tools
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or components
• Inspect systems for hazards and compliance with codes
• Advise management on hazardous equipment operation
• Maintain Electrician’s License or ID to meet regulations
• Support Superintendents and Foremen to ensure safety on site
