Qualifications

• At least five (5) years of field experience as an Electrical Technician or in a related electrical trade.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical code compliance, wiring practices, and installation procedures.
• Excellent communication, instructional, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to mentoring and supporting student success in a hands-on learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Teach and demonstrate the fundamentals of electrical wiring, installation, and code compliance.
• Instruct students on residential and commercial wiring techniques, circuit design, and the safe use of tools and equipment.
• Develop engaging lessons and practical lab experiences that align with program objectives and safety standards.
• Assess student progress through assignments, projects, and exams while providing constructive feedback.
• Maintain classroom and lab safety protocols at all times.
