Job summary

Jenco Inc in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a part-time Electrical Instructor to lead our in-house apprenticeship program and related trainings. You’ll teach electrical theory, NEC/code, safety, mentor apprentices, and shape the material as the trade evolves.

With existing classes and labs, you’ll step in to deliver, track attendance and progress, and influence the next generation of electricians. Passion for teaching and staying current with code updates is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on electrical construction experience.
• Comfortable in front of a classroom - teaching, training, & mentoring experience is a big plus.
• Strong grasp of NEC and applicable state/local codes.
• Commitment to safety.
• Bonus: instructor certification.

You know the trade, and want to teach it? Jenco is looking for a part-time Electrical Instructor to lead our in-house electrical apprenticeship program, various other trainings, and help shape the next generation of electricians.

This isn't a from-scratch curriculum build. We've already got the classes and labs designed - you'll step in to teach them, mentor, and put your own stamp on the material as you go.

What You'll Do

• Set training calendar, so you can plan around it
