Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of college coursework preferred.
• Eight years of progressively responsible maintenance experience with at least five years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Valid Maryland Class C driver’s license (or equivalent).
• EPA or environmental certifications may be required depending on assignment (e.g., CFC handling).
• Asbestos awareness or related training may be required.
• OSHA safety training preferred.
• Must possess a Maryland State Board Master Electrician License for supervisory roles.

• Prepares time, labor, and material estimates for maintenance and capital projects; coordinates with outside contractors as needed.
• Prepares operational reports, maintenance logs, and performance analyses.
• Inspects work areas for safety, codes, and quality; ensures readiness and safe use of tools and equipment.
