Job summary

You will develop control systems, data acquisition tools, fixtures, and optical alignment devices to support assembly and verification of complex weapon systems. Qualifications

• 5+ years designing, developing, and implementing electrical test equipment or tooling.
• Experience with low-volume, high-precision systems and cross-functional integration.
• Familiarity with electrical safety and environmental standards (UL/CE/IEC/RoHS).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement electrical test equipment, control systems, data acquisition solutions, optical alignment tooling, and fixtures to support HEL weapon system assembly and testing.
• Lead electrical design efforts from requirements to deployment in production environments.
• Collaborate with Electrical, Software, Optical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, and Production teams to define tooling requirements and ensure robust, production-ready solutions.
• Develop tooling for low-volume, high-precision electro-optical assemblies and support activities across manufacturing.
• Ensure designs comply with safety and environmental standards and support documentation and design reviews.
