Requirements include 5+ years in electrical testing, an Associate's degree or equivalent, and a valid driver's license. NETA Level III/IV is preferred. Expect travel up to 50% with overtime and relocation assistance for strong candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance.
• NETA certification preferred (Level III or IV).
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading field crews; willing to work nights, weekends, and emergencies.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsabilités

• Schedule the local test crew and coordinate manpower with other branches on large projects.
• Walk jobs, build quotes, and present practical technical options to customers.
• Review test reports and audit field work for quality and safety.
• Track job costs to ensure projects meet margin goals.
• Mentor technicians and help them progress through NETA levels.
