Job summary

TCLAD is seeking an Electrical Test Operator to support PCB testing. You will set up and run electrical and hipot tests, review production routers, and ensure correct test procedures are followed.

You will also segregate good and bad parts, document outcomes, and comply with safety policies. Candidates should have strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a team or alone.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3–6 months in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate Electrical and Hipot Test equipment.
• Monitor backlog and follow production priorities.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
