Job summary

Benchmark is seeking a skilled Test Operator to perform ICT and functional Go/No Go testing on systems assemblies, PCBs, and products using test equipment and procedures. You will document results and ensure quality in a safety-sensitive environment.

You will set up and operate test equipment, read schematics, and interpret test data while maintaining records and contributing to continuous improvement. The role requires 4+ years in electronic test and the ability to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of advanced electronic test experience (FCT/HASS) or equivalent.
• Must be able to read and interpret schematics, drawings and procedures.
• Ability to operate basic test equipment and record results in QA systems.

Responsibilities

• Sets up test equipment; understands test and assembly processes for boards and systems.
• Operates test equipment and records failure parameters in QA system.
• Identifies component types and reads values of resistors, capacitors, ICs.
• Maintains records of tested units and uses SPC charts for quality.
• Configures and operates test equipment; interprets test results to assess meet/minimum requirements.
• Lead and mentor other Test Operators.
