Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in an electrical design, test or test automation function.
• Experience in technical project and program management.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support electrical test employees in advancing expertise in safe and effective testing practices and in troubleshooting.
• Oversee the planning, development, delivery, validation, and support of automated, semi-automated, and manual test systems.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safe work practices and OSHA requirements for zero incident safety culture.
• Provide guidelines for test and electrical equipment, data collection, and best practices to improve quality and throughput.
• Interpret external electrical standards (UL, ETL, IPC, NFPA) and align with internal standards.
• Coordinate customer witness test events and follow-up actions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action planning for test system failures.
• Analyze and present test/quality data to senior leadership.
• Support ISO 9001 audits and continuous improvement activities.
