Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ESS division in Richmond, VA is seeking an Electrical Test Team Lead for the 3rd shift. The role tests and modifies electrical equipment post-production, inspects functions, and compiles test reports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of electrical test or related electronics experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Relocation assistance is not available; candidates within 50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Test and modify electrical equipment post-production and document results.
• Inspect product functions and monitor test procedures.
• Set up test bays for safe, efficient operation and train technicians.
• Support daily workflow, manage failed parts and replacements.
• Perform system and dielectric tests and generate test reports.
