Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Test Lab Technician to perform pre-tests and electro-electronic testing of equipment, ensuring safety standards and documenting results. The role supports production during repairs and requires coordination with engineers and technicians.

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree in Electronics Engineering Technology and at least one year of related quality control testing or electrical panel wiring experience. Evening shifts and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Electronics Engineering Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience in quality control testing or electrical panel wiring.

Responsibilities

• Test functional performance of circuit breakers, including electrical and mechanical tests.
• Perform mechanical adjustments on circuit breaker components and operating mechanisms.
• Record test data and print test results.
• Calibrate test instruments according to specifications.
• Maintain and update test reports and documentation.
