Job summary

You will work closely with design, manufacturing partners, and fixture vendors to ensure reliable, scalable test solutions. Qualifications

• Ability to read schematics and PCB layouts.
• Solid understanding of analog and digital circuits.
• Experience with PCBAs and electronic manufacturing processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and drive issues to closure.

Responsibilities

• Develop functional test coverage for PCBA validation and production systems.
• Review schematics and docs to define test requirements and validation plans.
• Collaborate with design engineers to improve DFT/DFM and observability.
• Design, modify, and support electrical test fixtures for production testing.
• Support production debugging, root‑cause analysis, and yield improvement.
• Drive test observability and continuous improvement across lines.
