Job summary

Employbridge seeks a Manufacturing Engineer with an Electrical/Electronic focus to design, develop, and implement manufacturing systems, tooling, and test equipment in a high-tech environment. This hands-on role collaborates with production, quality, and operations to enhance efficiency, reliability, and product quality.

Key responsibilities include developing processes, electrical test fixtures, debugging production systems, and leading cross-functional improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum of 3 years of engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Experience developing electrical/test fixtures, systems, or equipment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.
• Ability to troubleshoot and improve production and test systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing, assembly, and test processes.
• Design, develop, and maintain electrical/test fixtures, jigs, and ATE.
• Investigate manufacturing process issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement using engineering and statistical analysis tools.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, procedures, and work instructions.
• Specify, source, and support the acquisition of manufacturing tools and equipment.
• Develop business justifications for capital equipment expenditures.
• Lead product and process improvement projects and cross-functional teams.
• Design and develop electrical test systems for manufacturing and product testing.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations to ensure successful launches and improvements.
• Support production activities and provide technical expertise.
