Job summary

Micross is seeking an Electrical Test Engineer to analyze device specs, define test programs, and implement ATE-based solutions to meet all electrical test requirements. You will generate test documentation and work on moderate projects with opportunities for impact.

The role emphasizes cost-effective test strategies, collaboration with Sales for quoting engineering efforts, and ongoing calibration and maintenance of ATE systems.

Qualifications

• Understanding of device parameters, test philosophy, and methods.
• Ability to guide junior personnel in test operations.
• Experience with electrical testing of ICs in product/test engineering.

Responsibilities

• Analyze specifications, SCDs and drawings to select test platforms and equipment.
• Define, develop and implement electrical test programs for device types.
• Coordinate programming of ATE and perform checkouts for accuracy.
• Prepare test hardware schematics, drawings and technical reports.
• Work independently on small- to moderate-complexity test projects.
• Provide technical analysis and communicate results to customers.
