Job summary

Diversified Services Network, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Test Engineer to join our Mossville, IL lab onsite. You will perform lab testing of electric drive components and systems, lead root-cause investigations, and collaborate with design, controls, and simulations teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on inspection, documentation, and clear communication. Requires a Bachelor's or Master’s in engineering and 1–2 years of relevant experience, or an Associates with 4–5 years, in a Fortune 100

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Agricultural Engineering required or equivalent.
Experience: 1-2 years in relevant field OR Associates + 4-5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Perform lab testing of electric drive components and systems, including performance and durability testing.
Lead and support failure and root cause investigations on motor and generator components.
Conduct detailed inspections involving electrical checks, visual inspections, x-ray review, and material and fluid analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning design, controls, simulation, and facility design.
Document findings and communicate results clearly to team members and stakeholders.
