The Electrical Test Engineer will support lab testing of electric drive components and systems, including performance and durability testing and failure/root cause investigation, in a lab-based environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Agricultural Engineering with 1–2 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 4–5 years.
• Lab testing experience with electric drive components is preferred.
• Strong documentation and communication skills for reporting findings.

Responsibilities

• Perform lab testing of electric drive components and systems, including performance and durability testing.
• Lead and support failure and root cause investigations on motor and generator components.
• Conduct detailed inspections including electrical checks, visual inspection, and material analysis.
• Collaborate with design, controls, simulation, and facility design teams.
• Document findings and clearly communicate results to team members and stakeholders.
