Proteinea is seeking a proactive Tender Electrical Engineer to lead the preparation and review of technical and commercial proposals for high voltage EPC projects. You will coordinate with procurement and engineering to compile competitive bids and ensure compliance with client specifications.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and 2–4 years in tendering, estimation, or proposal engineering, with strong MS Office and AutoCAD skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
• 2-4 years of experience in tendering, estimation, or proposal engineering, preferably in EPC, construction, or MEP sectors.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and cost estimation tools.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Good negotiation and vendor coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to participate in bid clarification meetings.
