Cyber Technology Group, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Technician for custom residential projects in Scottsdale, AZ. The role covers day-to-day prep, installation, and maintenance of medium to low voltage wiring, lighting systems, and related equipment, with on-site work four or five days a week.

You will collaborate with the Electric Field Supervisor, review project details, and ensure accurate communication with clients while delivering high-quality service. OT opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Open to a range of skill levels and experience in residential electrical work.
• Experience with lighting control systems, especially Lutron, is a plus.
• Reliable communication and teamwork with field supervisors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Install residential electrical wiring and applications (underground, rough-in, trim).
• Support high level client service and care.
• Identify process improvements across Cyber departments.
• Maintain proactive client follow-up and clear communication.

Electrical Technician - Custom Residential

The Electrical Technician is involved in the day-to-day preparation, installation, and maintenance of medium to low voltage wiring, control, lighting systems and other equipment based on the overall scope of the project. This position is a full-time, FLSA-qualifying position, reporting directly to the Electric Field Supervisor. The responsibilities, duties and expectations of the role include, but are not limited to, the following:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Installation of residential electric wiring and applications, including but not limited to underground, rough-in, and trim
• Supports and contributes to the absolute highest level of service and care of our clients
• Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and/or clarity within all processes within Cyber, regardless of department, role or responsibility
• Builds strong relationships with all employees through proactive, consistent, clear, kind communication
• Review project information, as provided, to ensure correct information is captured and noted
• Exhibits strong communication skills and takes ownership of timely follow-up with clients

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Open to a range of skill levels and experience
• Experience in residential constructions, specifically custom/high end sites is a big plus
• Experience with lighting control systems, specifically Lutron, is also a big plus
