Job summary

Cyber Technology Group is seeking an Electrical Technician for Custom Residential projects. The role covers day-to-day preparation, installation, and maintenance of medium to low voltage wiring, control, lighting systems, and related equipment, reporting to the Electric Field Supervisor.

Responsibilities include on-site installation, ensuring high standards of client service, and collaboration with teams. On-site, full-time, W-2 with OT opportunities based on experience and project needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential constructions, especially custom/high-end sites.
• Experience with lighting control systems, specifically Lutron, is a big plus.

Responsibilities

Electrical Technician - Custom Residential

The Electrical Technician is involved in the day-to-day preparation, installation, and maintenance of medium to low voltage wiring, control, lighting systems and other equipment based on the overall scope of the project. This position is a full-time, FLSA-qualifying position, reporting directly to the Electric Field Supervisor. The responsibilities, duties and expectations of the role include, but are not limited to, the following:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Installation of residential electric wiring and applications, including but not limited to underground, rough-in, and trim
• Supports and contributes to the absolute highest level of service and care of our clients
• Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and/or clarity within all processes within Cyber, regardless of department, role or responsibility
• Builds strong relationships with all employees through proactive, consistent, clear, kind communication
• Review project information, as provided, to ensure correct information is captured and noted
• Exhibits strong communication skills and takes ownership of timely follow-up with clients

QUALIFICATIONS

• Open to a range of skill levels and experience
• Experience in residential constructions, specifically custom/high end sites is a big plus
• Experience with lighting control systems, specifically Lutron, is also a big plus
