Electrical Technician - Custom Residential
The Electrical Technician is involved in the day-to-day preparation, installation, and maintenance of medium to low voltage wiring, control, lighting systems and other equipment based on the overall scope of the project. This position is a full-time, FLSA-qualifying position, reporting directly to the Electric Field Supervisor. The responsibilities, duties and expectations of the role include, but are not limited to, the following:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Installation of residential electric wiring and applications, including but not limited to underground, rough-in, and trim
- Supports and contributes to the absolute highest level of service and care of our clients
- Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and/or clarity within all processes within Cyber, regardless of department, role or responsibility
- Builds strong relationships with all employees through proactive, consistent, clear, kind communication
- Review project information, as provided, to ensure correct information is captured and noted
- Exhibits strong communication skills and takes ownership of timely follow-up with clients
QUALIFICATIONS
- Open to a range of skill levels and experience
- Experience in residential constructions, specifically custom/high end sites is a big plus
- Experience with lighting control systems, specifically Lutron, is also a big plus

Monday to Friday, on-site/in the field
W-2, Full time, eligible for OT
Pay rate dependent on experience and knowledge. Opportunities for Leads available (with Lutron lighting control and/or custom residential experience)
