Cyber Technology Group, Inc. is seeking a Motorized Shade Technician to install programmable, motorized shading systems in custom homes in the Scottsdale area.

The role involves following plans, installing shades and related hardware, and maintaining a clean, safe job site while collaborating with a team to complete projects accurately and on time. Experience with high-end residential builds and brands like Lutron, Crestron, Savant, or Somfy is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Residential construction experience, preferably luxury/custom homes.
• Familiarity with brands such as Lutron, Crestron, Savant, Somfy.
• Valid driver's license and ability to commute to Scottsdale.
• Ability to follow directions and read basic plans.

Motorized Shade Technician – Custom Homes

Cyber Technology Group is hiring skilled craftspeople to install programmable, motorized shading systems in custom homes. This role focuses on installing shading technologies including automated, motorized shades and window coverings, both interior and exterior.

Responsibilities:

• Install and verify products including but not limited to brackets, boxes, motors and shades to support the integration of cutting edge technologies into luxury homes
• Follow blueprints and plans, write Daily Progress Updates
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Work with team members to complete projects on time with accuracy
• Complete Trim and Final phases efficiently and accurately

Requirements:

• Experienced and knowledgable with brands including but not limited to Lutron, Crestron, Savant, and Somfy
• Reliable, detail-oriented and accurate
• Proven expertise with residential construction, custom/luxury a big plus
• Ability to follow directions and read basic plans
• Team player with good communication skills
• Tools to complete installations
• Driver's License/Ability to commute to Scottsdale area

Starting at $22/hr with h igher starting pay rate available for experienced applicants
