Qualifications

• Associate degree or B.Sc. in engineering/science required.
• Experience in lab environments, sample prep, data collection & management.
• Strong math, verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to work on-site full time and travel up to 15%.
• Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Challenge and improve methods for throughput, quality, and integration with production methods.
• Support engineering/science teams researching innovative solutions.
• Assist development, construction, deployment, and testing of mechanical/electrical systems.
• Support startup and functional testing of prototypes to validate performance.
• Collaborate with Safety to comply with standards.
