Job summary

Dioxycle is seeking a hands-on Systems Technician for our Menlo Park team, supporting experimental tests on electrolyzers and maintaining test stations. You’ll troubleshoot hardware with chemistry and systems engineering teams to ensure high‑quality data for scale‑up.

The role requires a science/engineering degree or equivalent experience, ability to lift 35 lb, and comfort working with international teams in a fast-paced lab environment. On-site only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering field or similar experience.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds and work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of AC and DC electrical systems.
• Hands-on experience with sensors, actuators, and basic electronics troubleshooting.
• Basic mechanical knowledge to assemble and repair components on test benches.
• Comfortable working with international and diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade test benches, including instrumentation, piping, and controls.
• Wire, install, and troubleshoot sensors, actuators, valves and pumps.
• Write documentation for changes to our system.
• Perform chemical analyses on solutions using techniques such as titration or conductivity measurements.
• Support the execution of experimental campaigns: prepare reagents and electrolyte solutions and handle chemical products safely.
• Foster a culture of lab safety.
