Job summary

Sofidel America is seeking an Electronic and Instrumentation Technician for a long-term, stable position. You will maintain electrical and instrumentation systems, troubleshoot issues, and program monitoring systems to keep the plant safe and efficient.

Collaboration with teams and vendors is required to improve processes. Ideal candidates have an associate degree in a related field and 2+ years of industrial experience, with strong analytical, communication, and safety-minded skills.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and technical capabilities in electrical/electronic systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient computer skills.
• Solid mechanical aptitude and ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports GMP and HACCP practices to maintain a safe, sanitary workplace.
• Perform preventative electrical maintenance on equipment and instrumentation.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and instrumentation issues; document conditions.
• Program monitoring systems and manage work orders and parts inventory.
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors to improve efficiency and safety.
