Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on electrical trade experience.
• 3+ years teaching electrical or related programs.
• Strong communication and instructional clarity.
• Ability to work independently in a structured environment.

Responsibilities

• Teach electrical theory, wiring methods, and troubleshooting in classroom and lab.
• Deliver instruction aligned with industry standards and safety.
• Instruct students on safe tool use and OSHA procedures.
• Maintain lesson plans and lab activities with program leadership.
• Monitor attendance and student progress, document grades on time.
• Ensure labs are clean, safe, and fully equipped.
• Support student success through mentoring and coaching.
• Participate in trainings and staff meetings to stay current.
