Job summary

Aggreko is hiring a Technician 1 - Electric in North Houston, TX. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair diesel and natural gas generators, HVAC systems, chillers, and electrical equipment to keep customers powered and operations running.

You will base out of the North Houston service center, traveling to customer sites in a company vehicle, performing preventive maintenance and repairs, and supporting outages with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 2+ years in diesel/natural gas gens or HVAC maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Based out of North Houston, TX service center; travel daily to customer sites in a company vehicle.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on generators, electrical distribution equipment, chillers, HVAC systems, and oil-free air compressors.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures at shop and on customer sites; diagnose and repair.
• Set up and operate equipment in shop or on customer sites; work with other technicians.
