Job summary

Aggreko in Dallas, TX is seeking a Technician 1 for Power or HVAC based in our service center. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on generators, engines, electrical gear, HVAC, and oil-free air compressors, and troubleshoot at shop or customer sites.

You may work solo or with others to set up and operate equipment on client sites. Qualifications include 4+ years on generators or HVAC, ability to read schematics, and a valid driver’s license; TWIC or DOT medical card may be

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience on power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment.
• Ability to read schematics and calculate tonnage and/or kW requirements.
• TWIC card or valid DOT medical card may be required.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or oil free air compressors.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures at the shop and on customer locations and handle the repairs.
• Set up and operate equipment on customer sites, alone or with a team.
