Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and/or accreditation from a technical school or an applicable skilled trades program.
• 0–2 years manufacturing experience to understand equipment and process procedures.
• Detail oriented with good workmanship and ability to follow direction with little to no supervision.
• Demonstrated track record of working cross-functionally and as a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, evaluate, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment.
• Construct and fabricate parts, using hand tools and specifications.
• Read and interpret electrical and electrical circuit blueprints and diagrams.
• Perform preventative maintenance on a regular schedule.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety rules.
