Job summary

Webb Heating & Air Conditioning, part of TurnPoint Services, seeks an Electrical Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems for residential and commercial customers. Candidates should have 3+ years in the field, NEC/NFPA70E knowledge, and a valid driver’s license.

Strong communication, teamwork, and safety focus are essential. This role offers growth within a national framework and access to modern tools and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years electrical service, maintenance, or installation experience.
• Licensing: State Journeyman or Master Electrician License preferred; valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Knowledge of NEC/NFPA 70E safety standards; PPE and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostics & Repair: Troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits, panels, switches, outlets, lighting, and other components.
• Installations: Perform new circuit installations, lighting upgrades, panel replacements, EV chargers, and other system enhancements.
• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections, load testing, and maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure code compliance.
• Safety & Code Compliance: Follow NEC, NFPA, and company safety standards; ensure work passes inspections and local codes.
• Documentation: Complete service tickets with materials used, time, and notes on work performed.
• Customer Service: Explain repair options and provide recommendations to improve system performance or safety.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with supervisors, dispatchers, and other trades to complete projects on time and budget.
• Equipment Care: Maintain tools, testing equipment, and service vehicle in good condition.
