Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Residential Electrician.
• 3-7+ years of experience preferred.
• At least 18 years old.
• Have and maintain a clean, valid driver's license.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Knowledge of residential electrical codes and best practices.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas.
• Electrical license preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
• Install electrical panels, meter centers, conduit systems, junction boxes, transfer switches, and circuit breaker assemblies.
• Diagnose electrical issues and provide effective solutions for homeowners.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Collaborate with inspectors, suppliers, and fellow technicians to ensure project success.
• Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and inventory for maximum efficiency.
• Train and mentor electrical helpers and apprentices as assigned.
• Participate in department meetings, training, and continuing education programs.
