Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Residential Electrician.
• 3-7+ years of experience preferred.
• At least 18 years old.
• Have and maintain a clean, valid driver's license.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Knowledge of residential electrical codes and best practices.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas.
• Electrical license preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with inspectors, suppliers, and fellow technicians to ensure project success.
• Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and inventory for maximum efficiency.
• Train and mentor electrical helpers and apprentices as assigned.
• Participate in department meetings, training, and continuing education programs.

Pay: $25.00 - $34.00 per hour + Incentive opportunities
