Job description

Kickstart your career in energy management and automation through our Digital Engineering Application/Technician Development Program, beginning July 2027. This unique opportunity is designed for individuals with a two-year technical degree who are ready to apply their knowledge of electrical systems, networking, and software in a hands-on environment.

You’ll complete a six-month training program in Franklin, Tennessee, before transitioning into an Associate System Commissioning Specialist role supporting customers across the United States. Candidates for this position must be open to moving within the US. Through real-world projects, technical development, and customer engagement, you’ll help power the digital transformation of critical electrical infrastructure.

Relocation assistance is provided for both the training program and final assignment location.

What will you do?

  • Familiarity with SCADA communication protocols, networking architecture, and HMI configuration.
  • Exposure to Schneider Electric software solutions and industry certifications is a plus.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 54,400 - USD 81,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
