Participants in the Digital Engineering Application/Technician Development Program receive a starting annual base salary of $63,000 USD. This standardized compensation applies to all individuals selected for the program within the United States and is designed to provide a consistent foundation as participants complete training and begin their careers with Schneider Electric. In addition to base pay, participants will be eligible for benefits and relocation assistance in accordance with company policies.
