M.C. Dean, Building Intelligence®, seeks an Electrical Critical Facility Technician in Texas to support mission-critical environments with strong electrical and mechanical knowledge.

You will install and troubleshoot UPS, PDUs, standby generators, ATS, BMS/EPMS, and read complex schematics and blueprints. You must be able to use testing equipment like multimeters, DLROs, and infrared scanners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or greater.
• 6+ years' work experience including 3+ years direct experience in a critical facility operation (data center or hospital).
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance.
• Experience with electrical systems: switchgear, generators, UPS and related equipment.
• Must obtain Texas Journeyman Electrician TDLR within the first year.

Responsabilités

• Proficient in electrical power (AC/DC) and mechanical systems; installation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with UPS, PDUs, standby generators and fuel systems.
• Experience with ATS, Building Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Management Systems (EPMS).
• Able to use testing tools: multimeters, DLROs and infrared scanners for diagnostics.
• Read and interpret complex schematics and blueprints.
