Job summary

Menasha Corporation seeks an Electrical Technician to keep our manufacturing operations running smoothly on the 3rd shift. You will troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, motors, drives, PLCs, and production equipment while performing preventive maintenance to maximize uptime and reliability.

You will collaborate with production personnel and outside contractors, rail OEMs, to troubleshoot and repair plant equipment, document actions in CMMS, and help drive safety and operational excellence

Qualifications

16-month program completion required.
Corrugated manufacturing and converting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on engines, motors, conveyor systems and production machines.
Troubleshoot electrical systems, motors, drives, PLCs and production equipment.
Work with production personnel to troubleshoot electrical issues.
Coordinate with outside contractors, vendors and OEMs for repairs.
Document actions, irregularities and part usage in the CMMS.
Maintain safe and clean working environment by following procedures and regulations.
