Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking an Electrical Technician to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, motors, drives, PLCs, and production equipment on the 3rd shift. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance to maximize uptime and reliability across our manufacturing facilities.

The ideal candidate will have formal training from a 16-month program, experience in corrugated manufacturing is preferred, and strong skills in reading schematics and using CMMS for record-keeping and parts

Qualifications

Successful completion of a 16-month course at an accredited university required.
Corrugated manufacturing and converting experience preferred.
Ability to read machine part lists, schematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on engines, motors, conveyors and production machines; follow diagrams and specs; troubleshoot malfunctions.
Troubleshoot electrical issues with production personnel and outside contractors as needed.
Coordinate with vendors and OEMs to repair plant equipment and document actions.
Locate sources of problems by observing machines and using measuring instruments.
Maintain safety and cleanliness; document actions and parts in CMMS; communicate with team via multiple channels.
