J.F. Taylor, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Technician in Great Mills, MD to support high-volume assembly of electrical and mechanical systems, including cable harnesses.
Reporting to the Shop Supervisor, you will assemble, wire, solder, and terminate wiring while adhering to IPC-620 and J-STD standards when possible. The role emphasizes reading mechanical prints and schematics, attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Reporting to the Shop Supervisor, an Electrical Technician will conduct repetitive bench or line assembly operations to produce a high quantity of product/system assemblies without sacrificing quality.
