Job summary

J.F. Taylor, Inc. is seeking an Electrical QA Technician in the Defense sector to ensure the quality and reliability of electrical systems.

You will execute QA processes, perform inspections, and collaborate with design engineers and production staff to identify issues early in the development lifecycle. The role requires a high school diploma and at least 3 years of DoD-quality experience, knowledge of ISO9001/AS9100, and experience with electrical testing equipment.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical quality assurance or related roles in the DoD industry.
  • Familiarity with ISO9001 and AS9100 standards.
  • Familiarity with electrical testing equipment for inspection and validation purposes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of electrical components and systems to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to identify and resolve quality issues early in the product development lifecycle.
  • Document inspection results, maintain quality records, and prepare reports.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning for non-conformances and product defects.
  • Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices pertaining to electrical quality assurance.

We are seeking a highly motivated Electrical QA Technician to join our dynamic team in the Defense industry. Position Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical quality assurance or related roles in the DoD industry.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and components, including their design and performance requirements.
  • Proficiency in quality assurance methodologies, tools, and techniques such as ISO9001 and AS9100 standards.
  • Familiarity with electrical testing equipment for inspection and validation purposes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range $24.04-$34.00/per hour and will commensurate with experience

Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time
