Trivium Packaging in the Town of Conklin is seeking an Electrical Technician to maintain and ensure the proper functionality of electrical equipment within the manufacturing plant. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, managing work orders, and maintaining various electrical systems.
The ideal candidate will have an associate degree or equivalent technical certification and proficiency in 3-phase systems. The position offers a starting hourly wage of $24.05 to $26.69, depending on experience.
Under the direction of the Technical Manager or general supervision, this position will maintain all aspects of the electrical equipment throughout the plant using a variety of tools and diagnostic equipment to maintain all end‑making and auxiliary equipment.

This position works in a manufacturing environment and around machinery that produces noise. The noise level in the work environment is very loud. Employees must wear hearing protection and all other assigned personal protective equipment. Temperature can range from extreme cold (<40 degrees) to extreme heat (>95 degrees). The atmosphere contains fumes, dust, and odors.
