Judge Direct Placement is seeking an experienced Electrical & Controls Technician to support automated manufacturing equipment and facility systems. You will troubleshoot and maintain industrial controls, PLCs, HMIs, instrumentation, and electrical systems while leading equipment upgrades and continuous improvement projects.

• 7+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience with industrial controls and automation.
• Experience with PLCs, HMIs, servo drives, and instrumentation.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and AutoCAD drawings.
• Working knowledge of NEC, NFPA, OSHA, and industrial electrical standards.
• Experience supporting capital projects and equipment installations.
• Associate degree or technical training preferred.

Responsabilidades

Key Qualifications:

• 7+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience with industrial controls and automation
• Strong PLC, HMI, servo drive, and instrumentation experience
• Ability to read electrical schematics and AutoCAD drawings
• Working knowledge of NEC, NFPA, OSHA, and industrial electrical standards
• Experience supporting capital projects and equipment installations
• Associate degree or technical training preferred

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work overtime and provide occasional off-hours support
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license
