Qualified Staffing is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician for a leading automotive manufacturer in the Blue Water Area. You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems on production equipment and support safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced plant.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of verified industrial electrical experience.
• Strong troubleshooting experience with automated manufacturing equipment.
• Understanding of machine and grinding mechanics.
• Knowledge of conveyors, automation, and mechanical systems.
• Must meet applicable state electrical requirements.
• Understanding of ARC flash regulations and practices.
• Current technical training and experience with newer manufacturing equipment.
• Must have your own tools (specialty tools excluded).
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems on production equipment.
• Read and troubleshoot using electrical drawings and schematics.
• Complete reactive and preventive maintenance assignments using a mobile CMMS device.
• Perform electrical PM inspections, including wire harnesses, filters, and cable management.
• Troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment.
• Work with conveyors, automation, and mechanical systems.
• Help minimize equipment downtime through safe and efficient troubleshooting.
• Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and machine reliability initiatives.
• Work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
• Work with outside vendors and contractors as needed.
• Follow all electrical safety, ARC flash, and manufacturing safety requirements.
