Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical maintenance experience in industrial settings.

• Experience with Allen-Bradley programming (RSLogix 500, Studio 5000, FactoryTalk View) and Siemens (TIA Portal) preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting AC/DC motors, drives, and related components.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical control issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
• Ensure that all equipment and machinery are operating safely and efficiently.
• Work with engineers and manufacturing teams to develop and implement electrical designs and schematics.
• Program, test, and debug PLCs and HMIs for industrial equipment.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve existing products and develop new products.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and ensure that all work is completed in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance and repair of industrial equipment and machinery.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Knowledge of electrical control systems, including PLCs and HMIs.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley programming (RSLogix 500, Studio 5000, FactoryTalk View, etc.) and Siemens programmable controllers (TIA Portal) is preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing AC and DC motors, drives, and other electrical components.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Chinese speaking and reading skills are a plus.
