Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking a hands-on field worker to support solar construction projects. You will lift materials, stand outdoors in varied weather, follow precise instructions, and collaborate closely with teammates.

A background on solar sites is preferred, with a strong emphasis on safety and clear communication. Applicants must perform physical tasks outdoors, adapt to weather, and adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50+ pounds of materials.
• Able to perform repetitive actions (stooping, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching).
• Stand or walk for extended periods.
• Follow precise instructions and receive feedback.
• Strong teamwork and ability to work with others including supervisors.
• Experience on solar construction projects preferred.
• Work outdoors in varied, often extreme weather conditions.
• Must work in all weather conditions per safety permits.
• Exposure to loud noises, dust, debris, and construction hazards.
